When will my order be delivered?
We ship only within the United States. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered to your specified address. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days. You will receive an email with more information about the delivery after placing your order.
Can I Return my product?
We do not accept returns at this time.
All of our plants are live and made to order, ensuring you receive the freshest, healthiest greenery possible.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
We take great care in ensuring your items arrive in perfect condition. While our policy generally does not allow returns or exchanges, if your item arrives damaged due to courier mishandling, please reach out to us within 24 hours. We’ll be happy to assist you with filing a claim through USPS.
