By purchasing a handcrafted cutting board from our shop, buyers agree to the following terms:

Once the cutting board leaves our care, we cannot control handling or environmental conditions during shipment. Any lost, delayed, or damaged packages must be addressed directly with USPS by the buyer. All packages include up to $100 of insurance; additional insurance is available upon request before checkout.
Please keep in mind that every board is individually handmade, and the natural qualities of real lumber mean each piece may include small, organic flaws. These details add authenticity and charm to the finished product.
