By purchasing a handcrafted cutting board from our shop, buyers agree to the following terms:

Once the cutting board leaves our care, we cannot control handling or environmental conditions during shipment. Any lost, delayed, or damaged packages must be addressed directly with USPS by the buyer. All packages include up to $100 of insurance; additional insurance is available upon request before checkout.
Please note that these boards are handācrafted, and due to the natural character of hardwood, minor imperfections are expected. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.
