Opuntia rufida minima ‘Monstrose’ is a rare, dwarf, and mutated form of the traditional Opuntia rufida, commonly known as the Blind Prickly Pear. This unique monstrose cultivar features twisted, irregular pads and compact, sculptural growth, making it a standout specimen in any cactus collection.

• Growth Habit: Slow-growing and low to the ground, ideal for containers or rock gardens.
• Pads: Small, misshapen, and contorted pads give the plant an unusual and decorative appearance.
• Spines/Glochids: Like other rufida types, this variety may have glochids (tiny hair-like barbed spines), though often reduced in monstrose forms. Handle with care or use gloves.
